Nope, there's no correlation with income across cultures like there is with female education and smaller families.

Poor and rich a like will have big families if the women don't even realise they have a choice in the matter.

But you're not providing any evidence, whereas there is plenty of evidnce about the increasing number of children in lower income families. India is perhaps the best example, contrasted with US statistics, But if we consider just the US:
