Exactly. It really is a "utopian" vision - an Eden where everyone shares, no one has ego (thus greed), even to a certain degree: individuality and of course it magically over-comes certain motivational issues:
A capitalist sees a person walk into their store: "Great, a chance to grow...".
The communist sees a person walk into their store: "Great, more work...".
A utopian ideal - countered by fundamental human issues that just aren't going away any time soon.
