If you look back, say, thirty years, you will see that the percentage of blacks has remained less than 13% but the percentage of hispanics has zoomed. During the three years of the Biden admin, an estimated six million Hispanics have crossed the border. The data in this ost is from 2021 so things have changed already. A country without borders is not a country.
