I mean it's not PC at all, and I've even seen women and scientists called racist in GC circles for saying, it but skin darkness is effected by human sexual dimorphism which then effects sexual attraction. If you have a man and a woman a closely related as possible the man will have slightly darker skin than the woman because their skin is thicker.

People know this instinctively so for some women darker skin has the same effect on their libido as football sized implants on a woman do on some men. If no Asian women are acting on this is not because there's no attraction, it's because they are valuing other aspects over their own attraction. We know its not because they don't have the instinct because Asian men are very clear about their preference for lighter skinned women, they will even straight out say it on dating apps.

And it's not a particular modem thing in the West either. If you watch 1950s films the most fancied actors of that time literally painted themselves mahogany to appeal to women.
