This is the most horrifying thing I've ever heard from a Supreme Court Justice. Ketanji Brown-Jackson is concerned that the First Amendment is making it harder for the government to censor speech. That's literally the entire point.

Which is why it is crucially important for everyone to understand and to shift to the idea of 'Agency'
it is an innate and inalienable part of all living beings
Our agency precedes externally sanctioned rights and laws

You're obviously so much more experienced than her lifetime career in law.

      Indeed, because she has to interpret the law, not political manipulation.

      For example, the law addresses human rights for all, whereas those who want to try to legislate morality (which is not possible humanely) should try to appreciate the importance of the separation of church and state.
