Many years ago when I became a partner/Principle of a large international firm I brought up subject to the executives and titled that "why would we hire crazy" and took to several points of a firm that employs about 40 different nationalities/cultures all over the world. I specifically used Muslims back then as I have vast experience of living in MENA and told all = "they are an evil rape death cult always searching to be the victim and then gain power. Hire a muzzy and we will get a lawsuit guaranteed so let's hire none. Ever anywhere". Only a few years ago we had an applicant who made it to decision day and a manager told me "I am uncomfortable with men wearing a dress" "so we have a mental defective crossdresser do we? was my question and to that = yes. I signed a document we call NH meaning Never-Hire for why would we hire a person who ALREADY exhibits a mental defect and a sexual perversion? I recently read an interesting statistic that if the USA just banned Demoncrats only from having a gun then our national murder rate of mass shooters would drop by about 90%.
