          You're unable to read the usual sources regarding the hiring of presidents, or the logic of hiring them. There was no requirement for the president to be black. None at all. Nor would anyone get that job without the appropriate qualifications. She fucked up, but this has nothing to do with skin color, unless you are so stupid you cannot understand how or bother to look up the way in which university presidents are hired.
