Veterans can carry a lot of mental health issues, and there's insufficient care available to them.

This girl had been missing for 2 days on a psychotic break. It's not reported what she thought she was doing, but she's as nutty as someone who would claim that this is indicative of a race war instead of insufficient health care for veterans.

Yeah, I don't think that this can be considered a precondition for a race war. There was no mention of that in the video. She may very well have been plain ol' nuts.

Also, the first 2 people seen restraining her in the video are black, and the person filming sounds white, so I don't see evidence of anyone queueing up along racial lines.
