It happened years ago, he died as a result of the shootout. Guess BLM didn't burn down a slice of Wisconsin over it because the bodycam made his guilt so fucking obvious that even they probably couldn't spin it.

The really fucked up thing is, he was out on a $500 bail that should have been higher because of his lengthy prior criminal record. Except that the court was unaware of said record because this fucker managed to change his name--he added an "o" to his last name--and the record of the change slipped through the cracks.

AKA: legal system didn't do it's job, nor did cops do their jobs when asking that guy about the potential gun. What racists want us to think is that this person's skin color is important. (It's not.) What's important is that he's a murderer who should spend life in prison, or worse, AND that the legal system and the cops on the scene have failed; that ALL of these factors killed the fireman. Gab's and Questionable's repeated sharing of very unusual videos like this, implying that blacks are to be blamed, is inciting hatred and division that leads to more violence around the world. We can guess that these racists are fascists, and we know that the hatred and division they are spreading are making much of the world more dangerous. By contarast, the actions of this one confused criminal - so unusual that racists have to dig up very old videos to find one - are so rare, particularly within the context of the results of numerous incitements to violence by fascists.

Before rendering aid you always need to inspect the scene to make sure it is safe. That includes checking in he body before you touch it. He should have been frisked and disarmed before being further touched.
