You took the opportunity to stupidly assert that trans surgeries for underage children are "life-saving", which they aren't.

Can you link me to the comment to which you're referring?

Because i think you're constructing a straw man here, or are unable to think about anything that's not directly about transsexuals.

Here, here, and here.

You responded to multiple comments discussing trans surgery for kids as "life-saving" by then obtusely pretending (after first insinuating that was what you were talking about) that you in fact meant surgery in general. Even when the people talking to you repeatedly explained they were only discussing trans surgery, you kept playing dumb.

Really lazy honestly, but I think even you know there's no way to defend any of this without trolling or strawmanning. Get blocked. I hope anyone else who sees these comments knows to never engage with you.

Here, here, and here.

So if I find a paper that looks at one treatment and that finds an improvement from the treatment, will you admit that you're mistaken?

Not about trans surgery. Nor even surgery. Just medical treatments.

Does life saving count as life-altering?

Asking whether all surgery that is life saving is included, not just gender affirmation.

Does life saving count as life-altering?

Repeating the question.

Looks like you've misunderstood my comments in your effort to be focused only on transexuals. Maybe you should see someone about your obsession?
