So if I find a paper that looks at one treatment and that finds an improvement from the treatment, will you admit that you're mistaken?

For instance the original one cited by the pre-print you link to a newspaper report about?

(Or any other treatment that is effective against any ailment that shortens lives in any way whatsoever).
