$200.00 for Whole pig,Average lbs of pork after processing is 90-126 lbs. We raise our own Chickens so I don't see an issue.

It's a rather big assumption that the government can't have any influence on food production decisions. In places like France they very much do and will set prices if need be.

Price-fixing would begin with Congress passing a bill. Has the president vetoed any price-fixing bills?

He hasn't, so it's rather silly to blame him. But if one did hit his desk, he should veto it, because price fixing always leads to shortages. It's better for chicken to be expensive than for none of the stores and restaurants to be selling any chicken at any price.

Every government has some corruption in it. Some more, some less.

It's hard to see what any of that has to do with whether the POTUS personally determines the price of chicken, though.
