i think it's a hard and fast law of science that any new virus will evolve to be weaker over time. Cuz any super powerful virus that kill it's hosts will then not spread anymore, it needs people alive and moving around to spread to others. This means we should stop worrying about covid. The only reason why not is if labs are using gain of function techniques to make viruses more powerful artifically.
