I mock the claim that hating trans people is Christian.

It should have been clear that i added that verse, and the point doesn't work is you think it is in the Bible: my point is that the Bible doesn't say to hate on trans people, and Christians who think that it is Christian to do so are just bigots.

I'm happy to mock god, and if you wait long enough, you will certainly notice me do it. But here I'm only mocking Christian hate, which i probably do a lot more.

You aren't helping. You proudly mocking God is only going to make them even more sure that they are right. As is your hostility and accusations.

These people suffer from religious indoctrination, or even are simply misinformed. Accusing them of being "bigots" and acting as a hostile enemy will only fuel their error and anger. Attacking them is only going to make them want to do the exact opposite of what you say. You give gays and trans a bad name in their eyes, claiming those people as allies while declaring yourself an enemy of Christians, and then wonder why they are so wary of gays and trans. It is because you make them out to be enemies of Christians!

No more judging, no more virtue signaling, no more tribalism, no more identity politics. If you complain when they engage in such acts, yet remorselessly do the same things yourself, what does that make you? Why should anyone believe you, if you don't even follow your own demands! It is because of the woke that Christians hate and fear gay and trans people. I think you ought to apologize to both Christians and gay and trans people!

I'm not sure a person who justifies his hatred with the use of an all-powerful imaginary friend is going to be intellectually capable of not being sure that they're right.

I'm pointing out the hypocrisy in case it engages anyone else. And because we shouldn't avoid saying true things for fear of offending wrong people.

Difficult to avoid here isn't it? I see antisemitism, people using the n-word to describe and hate on black people as if its normal, posts specifically calling out trans women to mock them, posts othering of immigrants as if they're not people too, and posts suggesting that Ukraine should be nuked.

There's very little discussion on this whole site that's not based on identity politics. I welcome your crusade against it though. Do you want me to help by linking you to posts that include such things, so that you can get them deleted?

You think teachers need protecting from using a particular name for a child?

Most teachers learn 300 names each year. In a year they might have to change 1. 2 at a stretch.

Do you think this will give them PTSD or merely send them sobbing home to their families exhausted every night from the extra intellectual effort?

Because I suspect the person that needs protecting is the child. Gender-based discrimination, and gender-based victimization are amongst the risk factors for suicide attempts. Surely the first thing to do is to try to keep the kid alive?
