They chose to be pushed by foreign influences into financially destroying the mostly-coal based socialized energy company with clean energy restrictions as well has cutting off payments to it by refusing to collect payment and enforce financial treaties to connect other areas.

Their regions' leadership choose load shedding since like early 2000.
