Considering that she was breast feeding the child, I Question the verdict of 1st degree murder. Does it actually meet that threshold? And was the child vaccinated?

Babies definitely can lose weight while breastfeeding. It happened to my cousin and the nurses jumped on it straight away because the child can can go down hill so quickly.
