You have made no valid argument or provided any relevant information. That the government charged people does not prove they are right to charge people.

This is fucking retarded.

Click through and see if anyone's defence is

they were allowed to come in by the security

They were also told to go in by undercover feds

The government has no legal basis to hold anyone

What they are doing is a human rights violation.

Like, you'd think that would be on a lot of lawyer's minds if that was true. Why on earth would anyone plead guilty if they believed the trash you wrote here? Seems like really it's just you saying that, and not any of the people who are familiar with facts on the ground

Why on earth would anyone plead guilty if they believed the trash you wrote here?

Fear. Coercion. Because the trial would cost them more than an unjust punishment.

Like, you'd think that would be on a lot of lawyer's minds if that was true

Several foolish assumptions here.

  1. That it hasn't crossed the lawyers mind. Lawyers focus on what they believe they can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt and they have no hope of getting proof of FBI or other agencies activities.

  2. Many lawyers push thier clients to accept plea deals even when it is against thier best interest. Assuming this isn't happening here despite it being common is comical.

  3. With so many powerful people having thier hands on the scales it it quite likely the lawyers are compromised.

Seems like really it's just you saying that, and not any of the people who are familiar with facts on the ground

The facts on the ground are that the controlling parties within the government are perpetrating a huge fraud and prosecuting political prisoners as part of thier political games.

Any lawyer recognizing this would not think the best outcome for thier client would be to try to fight these people head on. They would be trying to limit the damage to thier clients in a way that does not challenge the objectives of those in power.

Lawyers focus on what they believe they can prove

Ah so it can't be proven, then. Weird, you sounded so sure when you wrote it ("it's on video!"), but now we learn: the zealous advocates selected and paid for by the rich old pasty criminals, have no hope of establishing any of this trash before a jury. Got it

Weird, you sounded so sure when you wrote it,

That the FBI can with hold evidence does not make me wrong. That powerful people capable of organizing this can cover thier tracks does not make me wrong. That the courts would side with the powerful criminals does not make me wrong.

If there were a way for the lawyers to pierce the veil of clandestine organizations you might have a point, but the system is throughly empowered to cover up the truth.

a way for the lawyers to pierce the veil of clandestine organizations

Why are you shifting the goalposts? Nobody needs to pierce any veil. All they need to do is say "ladies and gentlemen of the jury, here's the video of my client being invited in".

You were so sure that video existed and served as proof. Weird that the paid maga lawyers are choosing to give a guilty plea instead.....almost like...almost like your conspiracy theories are full of shit

There have been no juries. Those who plead innocent are still being denied a trial. They are still in prison, without trial.

Those who took plea deals are arguably in a better position, not because the evidence isn't there to exonerate them, but because they didn't try to use it to fight the injustice.

Why do you keep adding layers of nonsense conspiracy. Now you're saying you are aware of a group whose 6th amendment rights have been denied. You don't explain why they didn't assert their rights under 6th before a court or what the court might have replied - it's just an immovable part of your worldview.

Spare me the bullshit. You don't know what you're talking about. Cite something or gtfo
