The name is Marie-France Cohen (not Marine) and her efforts are obviously well-intention, but I am surprised that none fo the anti-semites on Saidit have not already commented on the way in which her approach seems to project concepts of the 'jewish problem' onto refugees, to give them their own Israel, so to speak. Perhaps repost this in DAR and we'll see that kind of response.
