Honestly once you know it's male chromosomes you should increase androgens in the womb, maybe as easy as having the mom take some small amount of testosterone during pregnancy. And then give him hGh when he's an adolescent. I'm not a doctor but I think that would be most likely to create the chad phenotype. But the handsome & blue eyed parts would be much more dependent on the genetics of the parents

I was going more for pre-natal gene editing where the blue eyes and Chad package was an option. Like when you order a bespoke car from the factory through the dealership. Bespoke children.
