When I read this kind of crap I just want to slap the source upside the head. Do you have any idea what it will cost to construct, set up utilites, set up water and sewer, to feed, to supply and to staff a single camp? How about hundreds of camps. Who is going to staff them. Who is going to build them. Who is going to supply them. What about transportation. How do you move half the population without them fighting back. Are they going to shoot anti-vaxxers cause that is what they will have to do. Thing is the anti-vaxxers will shoot back.

In the states where the majority have guns? Sure. In the states where getting gun takes 3 years if you're lucky? People are going to flee in their cars by the millions to other states.
