If you've spent any time in San Francisco, you know the percentage of crazies is quite high but that useless governor isn't doing anything about it. [Yes, it's beyond strange and I have heard no one offer an explanation. Do the powers that shouldn't be, intel, want to start a 3-way civil war? Certainly, there is sufficient stupidity out there for that to happen. Also why not set up tent cities near population centers and provide clean conditions, condoms, free drugs and syringes. Check in anytime you like but you must be drug free to get out. If this sounds nuts to you, please compare with the present situation. Also, what to do with children?]
