Ehhh. He was first mostly for outing himself as a conservative, but also for unprofessional behavior on a public platform.

Kind of, depends on the company. Getting doxxed has been a thing for a while now. Universities especially have all sorts of codes of conduct, even if enforced in a biased manner.
