but that's not even true. Queen in mornarchy are dictators. so are pirate leaders and empresses. What about : Catherine of Russia? Wu Zetian of China? Queen elizabeth of britania? Or even Ching Shih who rules the south China sea for over 50 years?

I could have name many more from ealier period such as Dido of Cartage or isabella of spain.
