The course text suggests that teachers should have their students observe kids at playgrounds and daycare for sexual behaviour. Or rather anything an adult could construe as sexual behaviour.

Presumably that bullshit is then reinforced the same way a child who does not "feel" like they are the right gender has their bullshit reinforced and solidified.

They are literally grooming pedophiles.

I'm not saying there aren't nefarious agendas at work in the education system but the aim of this training seems to be teaching staff to recognise behaviour in children that would indicate they've faced sexual abuse. It's doing the opposite of what people are accusing it of doing.
