Wow!!! The decapitating instrument was so sharp it also cut through the fake bandaging around the mannequins neck.

The bottom back portion of the mannequins head is missing, because it's a CPR dummy, and you have to be able to rotate the head up and back for the training exercises.

Edit: The back of that mannequin head is shaped strikingly similar to the head shape of this CPR dummy's head.
