Abortions are quite painful, expensive and time consuming. So it's not exactly a "no problem" deal slip on into the doctor's real quick. There's a process, and I agree with the process fully. There definitely should be a process of some sort.

I don't really see it as promoting long term degeneracy. Maybe in some cases? However I don't feel that giving some sleaze bag the option to do whatever they want should disqualify the average person's right to use it should the need ever arise.

i imagine they are. are painkillers not used? and i didn't say it was a ""no problem" deal slip on into the doctor's real quick."

it isn't just a person, it is society. immorality.

It was heavily implied with the way you had worded it and so I had wanted to add clarification in case someone else understood it as I did. It is not a non problem. Painkillers are used however not enough to completely take any pain away. They do help.

Yeah I just don't see access to abortions as being something that furthers a society's morality or immorality, especially if we are talking about sex. Same for the individual. Abortions don't promote loose sex. By that logic condoms do, high heels do, shaved chests do, and I just can't see all those things as being denegrading to society I am sorry.

What I meant by that last bit is my belief that an innocent person shouldn't suffer because of the stupid actions of another. Just because some people drive drunk and injure others doesn't mean we have the right to ban all alcohol.

enough drugs can take all the pain away, just depends on how far one is willing to go.

i don't think you should dismiss that completely. meaning you have to admit that all the examples you gave affect morality. the difference between condoms, abortion, shaved chests or the way a person dresses is that abortion involves killing a life. if a person doesn't have to worry about that life, by using a morning after pill or abortion, one is more likely to engage in intercourse. it just seems like a really irresponsible lifestyle.
