The proof is in the raw footage! They work internationally. There was also the Brussels terror PsyOp where a person caught raw footage of the action and was filming live before, an agent in the sixth story of te building nocked on his door and the footage ends. In the case of Boston, raw forage shows people running from the scene only to see others running towards the scene laying down and then groups of agents apply moulage. This was NEVER broadcasted by the media which showed terror theater. In other words agents using moulage! And wheeling in amputees to play roles for broadcast by selected photographers. I remember, hilariously, figuring out, I had the video posted before Youtube deleted it, but exposed a certain AP photographer that happened to be at 6 different terror attacks AS THEY HAPPENED. Three of which he got video footage as they happened.

These events are made to give more power to the executive branch, military, security and surveillance apparatus, etc. They fear the people and so they must protect them by instilling fear during peacetime. This isn't a new idea. Tyrants did this throughout antiquity.
