The 1% gain if smoking and homosexuality are illegal because the ruling class can fill their private prisons.

The globalists also win if smoking and homosexuality are legal because the ruling powers can make money from cancer treatments or destroy and divide society by pushing immorality.

The ruling class wins if no one is allowed to go outside to stop viruses because the 1% can control people.

The globalists also gain if people have the freedom to go outside because people might get sick.
