For more extreme examples of inequality the far left creates look to North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, China, Russia.

I'm not so sure about lumping Cuba in with the rest. They have legit healthcare, and infact export doctors. They bounce back from hurricanes better than anyone else.

Their main economic problem is the embargo imposed on them, for the crime of Independence from the global hegemon.

Cuba was a US colony before that, so the US exported vehicles to Cuba. Until the 60s.
