Those are mobile homeless toilets. If you were trying to use your toilet and someone burst in the door and asked to just sit in your toilet for 20 minutes while you were using it, you'd at least want them to pay, right??

Only proper train I've ridden was the Pittsburgh subway, it seemed pretty nice though.
