Needless to say, a child becomes during pregnancy.

At the start they are a single cell. At the end they are a infant human. Once they draw breath they have the rights of a human, and the potential rights that they had as a fetus become real.

I don't know the current understanding of when transexual identification begins, but late in a pregnancy you are in the womb, and very much not "No feelings, no awareness, clump of cells".
