Most people felt like this at some point when they were teenagers.

My mentally ill brother had a lot of plastic surgery for perceived flaws nobody could see. And it was never perfect. Luckily that was back in the days when you could run up 70k in debt without a job, declare bankruptcy, and start over.

That's the interesting thing about real dysphoria, it doesn't go away with surgery. Nobody ever mentions that one wrt trannies.
