50 axioms of my life as I reach 60 years old tomorrow. I use sermon titles in life and these are perhaps my top favorites I use as I run amuck on this planet. If you like any one or few of these then say so and say so why.

  1. My four adult kids do not hate me. They love me and I know why.
  2. There are bad days then there are legendary bad days. Be prepared for both for both will come sooner or later.
  3. Divorce is second place as bad of a nightmare marriage. That latter one comes in first place.
  4. Never trust a coward. Never for anything.
  5. Give a new friend a small task to help you and see how they do. If they fail at small, then never give them a real problem to help you with.
  6. If you punish to teach lessons, then you will be despised. If you reward and encourage to succeed, then you will be loved.
  7. A blessing from God is quite real. So is a curse from God. Also, quite real and quantifiable.
  8. People of your past 20-30-40-45 years ago still remember you. Reach out to them if you can and say howdy.
  9. Get bad people out of your life. Then lock the door to their return and throw away the key.
  10. You want a friend then be one first.
  11. Mount Everest has about 200 dead bodies still there and one day a while ago while climbing they were highly motivated. "Motivation" is not enough in life to succeed.
  12. Statistically you will be in 3 car crashes in your lifetime. Be ready.
  13. Never bring a knife to a gunfight. If you have a gun, then be ready to use it.
  14. Make your enemies advance through a hail of bullets.
  15. The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.
  16. Nothing on earth is better than grand-kids laughter.
  17. Enemies and friends both will judge you by the measure of calm and courage under fire you exhibit.
  18. Be ready to help others without sticking your hand out for repayment. Help others with first thought expecting you receive nothing in return.
  19. Never ever trust a person of religious hatred. Get religious hatred out of your life and leave no room for it.
  20. Never underestimate the anger and hatred of a female. That emotion burns hotter than 10,000 suns. Men are usually 100% incompetent to confront it. Females know that.
  21. Study the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition. They are true. They can be used in business and life every day.
  22. There are two genders and that’s it. Just 2. But there are mental disorders and psychotic conditions of sexual insanity that have no number.
  23. Epstein did not kill himself and whoever ordered his killing can do so again. And will. You could be next. Others are on that kill list and today they do not know that.
  24. The way to deal with evil is to kill it. If evil is confronted that evil does not care. Evil only cares if you try and kill it then it screams victimhood and do not believe it.
  25. All prisons are temporary. Death is not. You get to live life repeatedly every day, but you get to die just once. Make your death a good one if you can. Make your death a legendary one if you can.

  27. Evil must have no reason. Evil is its own reason that’s why idiots will never understand it and are always searching for a motivation or reason evil did what it did.
  28. If you confront a death rape cult then kill it and do not try and reason with it. A member of a death rape cult has no reason on earth other than death and rape and to forcibly convert others to its death and rape. You already know the name of that cult.
  29. The LORD detests the use of dishonest scales, but He delights in accurate weights. Whatever you sell then do so with honesty.
  30. Wolves have no need of psychotherapy for being what they are. A wolf is not ashamed of his fangs and thinks sheep taste very good.
  31. All people on earth are “a person of color”. Everyone “has a color” and do not judge via a skin color. Judge by action and deeds not skin color.
  32. Be a hard target. Cause fear of attack to unknown enemies. Most enemies will see you before you see them. Cause by your action and deeds they say “no not him let’s find an easier target”.

  34. Beware silent people. Either they have something to say they are not for a reason, or they are idiots with nothing intelligent to say.

  36. Some in life will love you. Some in life will hate you. Accept that and move on.
  37. As you aim at the goal of the day recall Jedi Master Yoda; “either do or do not. There is no try”.
  38. Be the friend that others will come running to. Be ready when they do.
  39. Expect to be lied to and stolen from and be like a dog. Kick some dirt on that shit and move on.
  40. Be the Leader that others want to follow whether others follow you or not. Do not fear walking alone for sometimes that’s what a Leader must do.
  41. Do not fear to apologize for wrong and do not apologize for being what and who you are. Haters will always demand that you be sorry, and it is your choice to be sorry or not.
  42. As you walk in life do not stop at every yard and argue with barking dogs.
  43. If confronted by an angry animal baring fangs, then believe it.
  44. Do not believe to your own screwup that “Jesus will take the wheel” for many times very usually He will not. Many go to heaven or hell in disbelief of how they got there.
  45. Believe the flattery of a salesman as you would a street walking hooker. Both are only after one thing.
  46. “The Mask” was never about safety. “The Mask” is only about control. “The Vaccine” was never about a cure it is only designed and sold as another control to see how far the sheep can be herded and coerced with fear. Do not be a sheep in front of government wolves.
  47. A boss or client who is a tyrant will never ever be satisfied with bowing to them. Groveling in abject subjugation with profuse apology is what they really want. “Enough” with a tyrant is never ever enough.
  48. Those who threaten you will ALWAYS do so again. Allow those types to do once then get them out of your life forever.
  49. Do not allow those who mock and insult you to also have rules or authority over you.
  50. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. Remember there are everyday squashed flat squirrels on the road of life who could not decide what to do when an immediate decision had to be made.

Not to nitpick, but you did say you were 60 3 months ago. How many 60th birthdays you having here?

Study the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition. They are true. They can be used in business and life every day.

I love Star Trek but the rules of acquisition has such gems as "anything stolen is pure profit," "never buy what can be stolen," and "Treat people in your debt like family ... exploit them" among others that don't fit what your ethos appears to be otherwise.

I generally like your list though. I believe "hope is not a plan," is an important one not listed. "Don't stick your dick in crazy." Probably a number of Sun Tzu quotes are worth remembering too. Seneca "even as men teach, men learn."

You are right several months ago I did mention "60" and suppose I should have qualified "coming to" so my fault there. Actual date is tomorrow 19th. 60 years ago 3 months ago I was alive yet not born yet. The Ferengi rules are a bit of tongue in cheek in that they show utter depravity of shark business and I live in a world of sharks and in my trade of world-rated icon highrise very real ones. Knowing the Ferengi Rules then helps me understand them when used against me.

Also right there are a VERY great many quotes that come to mind but I thought I'd cut it off at 50 so as to not be a vexatious read.

In the same vein, I fully recommend that everyone reads the Talmud to understand where the people that read it come from and how they operate.

A "real" fighter doesn't take battles he hasn't won already. But this one seemingly has deeper roots than "experience", I suppose. And sorta "abstracts" some of your statements from my pov.

I put this one in action whenever I can. So guns, knifes, even tanks don't matter when you know what you are doing and what to expect from what.

Otherwise, it is a really nice list. Quite altruistically influenced, imho. Which is also nice.

I post this last year July over to my LinkedIn account and it seemed to go over pretty well. Not my rules for anyone else just rules for me. On a scary MC club vest I used to wear I had a patch "STFU" and upside down and people would ask and I told them "this is for me to read not you". Thanks for your comment.

Excellent, all of them. One or two could be used better, because it sounds like the author is protestant. Divorce kills at least one person's entire history halfway, its actually better to live through a hellish marriage. But thats just IMHO.

Nice go there. In the series of disasters of my own life there is likely none anywhere close enough to having married a religious hate filled whacko. And yes I did give that a good do. 23 years of insanity. Then another 5 years of money support and for past about 10 years then totally cut off. And I do claim divorce is the 2nd worst thing in my life but the #1 worst of my entire life was marrying insane and wow did I pay the price.

"Religious hate" to my mind simply means you use your religion for violence, rape, murder and slavery because your religion either allows or encourages it. I married that and yes a Christian and her level of hatred towards gays and other religions just epic. And any moment she needed to lash out at her husband well then it was for sin or crime whether or or not real or her imagination. My own crimes were that of sex and because of that her hatred boiled to a level incredible did not matter that I actually did the sex crime or not. She said I did therefore to her = I did. Therefore her hatred righteous in front of God and if I dared deny then I lied also a sin and that against her God. I lived out in MENA for 3 years and also saw that level of hatred from a death/rape cult of muzzies and they hate because their religion allows it and mandates it. Slavery and rape and murder all quite ok as their God says it is. I was ready for that as I had already dealt with hatred for a long time prior to arrival in that evil place. "Towards" simply means any and everything your God commands you to therefore it is really Gods hatred the person is showing therefore totally righteous. Of all the various types of hatred (city/state/nation, sports, gender or sex) there is NO hatred more pure and vile than religious hatred.

Yep, sounds exactly like protestantism to me. Sorry dude, that isnt christian at all. You are supposed to love the heathens and sinners, but only as in you shouldn't hate them, but feel sorry and pray for their coming to your faith. This being said, you dont let them come near your family nor you allow them to spread their filth to your family.

And yes, i agree religious hate is awful, but out of all abrahamic religions, Catholicism is the only one that does not justify enslaving or murder of infidels.

The inquisition was the tamest tribunal of all. Many of modern judicial trial methods were imported from it, such as witnesses, presumption of innocence and separation of judge, jury and executioner. Like 300 people were executed by it in a hundred years.

That's a fun way to put it. I agree, but "lite" makes me think noncommittal (not saying that was your intention, rather my own association). Lutheranism is like extremely minimalistic Catholicism.
