I know where the law is.

It's the very opening jurisdictional statement.

26 CFR § 1.1-1 - Income tax on individuals.

Section 1 of the Code imposes an income tax on the income of every individual who is a citizen or resident of the United States and, to the extent provided by section 871(b) or 877(b), on the income of a nonresident alien individual.

Fun fact: I'm a nonresident alien.

The general rule mean it applies generally to the IRS code. Everywhere, unless otherwise specified.

Chapter 26 CFR is law that's passed by Congress, and enacted in DC. Congress can pass laws over DC, as DC has no senators.

Congress has sole legislative jurisdiction over DC, and these laws do not need to be ratified by the Senate (who represent their state's interests).

Federal citizens (14th amendment and former slaves) are technically all from DC.

Federal citizens are "residents" in the state where they live.
They aren't citizens of that state.

Honest legal language would be "resident aliens".

They use the term "resident" and hide the resident "alien".
Probably because if they used "resident alien" then people might figure out the "nonresident alien" status, which is the free status of the nation.

That's the end statement of a manufactured consent policy. Now all you have to do is find what any of that is based off of.

You give your consent whenever you are asked if you are a citizen and a resident, and you answer yes to both.

That's the "voluntary" aspect. The fraud of the system is the lack of disclosure of an alternate status.

They manufactured your consent when you agreed that you are a US citizen with "civil rights", under the civil law.

Civil law are the rules of man made laws.

The common law is the law of the land, with constitutional protections from government intrusion.
