But I do think whites self-segregate quite often.

Perhaps you are referring to legal requirements for hiring practices, which can limit the hiring of whites, in favor of non-whites. This is sometimes appropriately called 'positive discrimination' or 'reverse discrimination', and can unjustly favor a poorly qualified person and reject a much better qualified person who happens to be white.

Plan for White genocide that “anti-racists” implement:

-Flood ALL & ONLY white countries with millions of non-whites

Genocide is not the mass killing of people.

From the Encyclopedia of Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, quoting Lemkin:

Generally speaking, genocide does not necessarily mean the immediate destruction of a nation, except when accomplished by mass killings. It is intended rather to signify a coordinated plan of different actions aimed at the destruction of the essential foundations of the life of national groups, with the aim of annihilating the groups themselves. The objectives of such a plan would be a disintegration of political and social institutions—of culture, language, national feelings, religion, and the economic existence of national groups, and the destruction of personal security, liberty, health, dignity, and even the lives of the individuals belonging to such groups. The best word for this stage of the game is ethnocide, but ethnocide is simply a type of genocide.

Again - per my other comments - there is no genocide of white people. To say that this is a genocide is in its own way turning a blind eye to the reasons that non-hispanic whites have fewer kids. Follow the money, and elect politicians who will work for the 99% (majority white), rather than only for the 1%, who are developing a slave culture of the 99%.
