There are also white africans and all shades in between. Race is a misnomer for culture or subculture. At worse, hating a race is failure to have never seen or meet enough people of that culture. Genetically humans have mixed a thousand times over, and any "race" claiming not to is basically claiming to be inbred.

Complete nonsense. A European living in Africa is still a European and will have behavioral traits accordingly.

Ok well that European presumably grew up in Europe with European parents. Take the children of said European and make them grow up in an African city with adopted African parents and you'll have someone that looks European but behaves like an African.
