When he exposed CIA, this incident was overshadowed by Clinton- Lewinsky scandal. The movie 'Kill the messenger' is about Gary Webb, his character is portrayed by Jeremy Renner. Respect for this man.

It's crazy how often this happens, and how quickly and easily we are diverted from the lengths these corrupt people will go to to protect their empires founded on greed, death, and destruction.

It's shocking to keep uncovering new threads in this web of evil, and incomprehensible to have lost so many brave souls who have sacrificed themselves for the sake of Truth and Justice.

We should have a memorial page for all of them.

Gary Webb was an American hero. He deserves to be remembered.

The movie is excellent, highly recommended. I think this might be Renner's best work, at the front of an incredible story.

The movie is a rare case of Hollywood actually getting history mostly right. I suspect that's why it didn't get wide promotional publicity.

In sharp contrast Tom Cruise's movie about Barry Seal is terribly inaccurate.

I watched it on Netflix. Very insightful. It's clear that the CIA is, and has always been, a rogue agency with zero ethics.
