I saw that, and it kinda makes sense because she didn't need to kill him. You don't get to kill people who rape you.

In Australia, you are not allowed to hurt people who attack you. It is illegal. You should come live here and see how it goes. There are also equal force laws, if someone threatens to kill you with a knife, you are only allowed to use a knife to defend yourself. But it can't be a combat knife, because that means you had a knife on you for the purpose of harming someone. Further, you would think that you could use a gun if someone pointed a gun at you. WRONG, that is illegal, guns are not allowed to be used for anything other than sport.

Not only should that man be dead, they should never have reported it to the government. That body should be at the bottom of a lake somewhere never to be heard from again.

You just make sure you don't get found out.

It's not like this guy would have stopped raping people or let her just walk away from him after that moment had passed. So individuals need to deal with these guys if the government won't.

Actually it's beneficial to the gov the more raping and pillaging that goes on, because it's masking the raping and pillaging they do with white noise.

Wrong. Rape is arguably worse than murder. Rapists deserve literally any punishment anyone can give them.

N.B.: Referring not to Statutory rape which can be okay in many instances. More what W. Goldberg referred to as "rape rape"

That's the laws of society, murder is generally only appropriate in self defense. If she had killed him to prevent her rape that's one thing, killing him after the rape is murder, even if it's justified.

Also it's hard to know when it's really rape rape.

Pretty sure a human smuggler its gonna be rape rape. And killing after the fact for a whole slew of crimes is legit in my book.

Just be sure when I'm on the jury I won't mention jury nullification until the jury is sequestered ;)
