Pity the FBI can't do the same. They can do it if you're a mob boss who never talks on the phone and never meets with anyone (Joe Massino), but it's just different here somehow. It took 7 years to get an indictment on Joe Massino. Thousands of FBI hours, hundreds of men working the case. It's the same selective policing that took place with Epstein. What's funnier about this is it would require minimal effort for the FBI to prove conspiracy and build a RICO as they would have THOUSANDS of hours of phone calls, e-mails, meetings, secret recordings, witnesses, testimonies etc.

Their work would be mostly clerical. The prosecutor would have to do almost nothing in proving a RICO conspiracy (in comparison to the mob cases of the 80s and 90s) as all the evidence is available for free. A guy sitting in an office is also much easier to flip than a hardened mobster.

It's corruption pure and simple, there is no evidence stating otherwise.
