I won't take away from his body of work. If he was 30 when Covid happened, it would have been a completely different story. He got scared because he was old.

I mean, I don't necessarily disagree. Just saying. People are so quick to call someone a gatekeeper because they mess up one thing in their body of work. He's just a scared old man. Chomsky is responsible for a ton of people's understanding of empire. You don't have to listen to him, he isn't even relevant anymore.
