They are desperately banking on and planning for a planned crash, where they can rebuild as they like.

Truth.

And they're taking their sweet fucking time with it, drawing it out, depopulating, fostering civil war, etc. This is forcing us to wage war on ourselves (or rather, our fellow sheeple people) as well as their authority puppets (police, judiciary, military, government, etc), as well as them if we can ever even get near them.
