I'd like to know what we've discovered with the HAARP antenna array in Alaska. Supposedly, we can alter weather with it, but how much?

Interesting video, not very deep. Stunningly beautiful cinematography, shame they ruined it by putting text over it. I'm looking for more of that high caliber imagery to use for my forthcoming video series.

Thailand has a royal rainmaking division they break out if they need some rain. i think they just chuck some chemicals out of a plane IIRC. :D
