Yep, I agree. I think a lot of it's demonic, honestly. Just trust in Christ, cling to Him, stay focused, and do things that keep your mind and soul healthy. Like, get out in nature, do something tactile, try to reduce screen time. Staying mentally and spiritually healthy is going to be vital.
