People don't even think censorship is bad anymore so it doesn't matter how blatant it is as long as they disagree with the person being censored.

Could als say it's state harassment and cruel and unusual punishment.

What would you think if the government wrote to your workplace and told them not to pay you anymore.

I don't think there is any law against hosting videos made by convicted criminals, let alone those accused of crime.
