Nope.

Germany hardly paid any of their repatriations for the war and they were written off. Meanwhile Germany took repatriations from Russia, who surrendered to them.

It was the guilt of losing the first world war which drove Germany to a second war and repatriations were just a political football at the time. Even without them the same thing would have happened.

the lesson is might makes right, you need to get powerful ennough that you don't have to pay reparations. Or get powerful enough that you can make others pay reparations. Reparations have no connection to anything owed if it's ancestors and not the people that were wronged. It's just taking money. Black people might and probably will end up getting them, due to decades of playing smart political games and allying with jews who want to divide and conquer.
