You got me. I haven't seen it, but how many women are actually killed and raped in the movie?

It's fine. I counted for you. There were at least 8 men killed by mortar, rifle, and a grenade launcher, 1 woman raped and killed by gunfire.

My point is that killing men is normalized. In that movie, the only big deal is when the woman dies--the entire movie centers around one woman dying. I'd actually be really surprised if you had a movie where Americans raped and killed all the women in a village. That type of movie would not be popular nor "patriotic." People do not like to see children and women killed, so Hollywood doesn't produce those types of movies.

I also think it's funny that rape earns a movie a mature rating while murder maybe gets you PG-13.
