Handsome Kitty!

I once heard this description about cats and it stuck with me.

Cat's are the only animal that can show up at your door, decide they are now living there now and we humans will just accept it and go out and buy them food, treats and a litter box!

LOL.... There is some truth to that! One of the five cats already living in my house fits that description. She came out of the woods one day and appeared malnourished, like no one else was feeding her. I saw her eating stale bread I had thrown out for the wild animals. If a cat will eat old bread, it must be desperate. We opened our door to her and she came in. Years later she still has no desire to go back out and she is the fattest cat we have.

He also received a free meal while visiting.

When I went inside the workshop, I heard chewing sounds. The cat must have also heard these sounds and is on the hunt.

That's pretty loud, could be a ROUS.

Is that anything like a muskrat?

Yeah, the rat, a bird.... and now a cat! Years ago, chickens lived in the workshop when it was set up as a coop.
