Nothing there to coup, they don't have a govt

They have a puppet government. Nature abhors a vacuum. Especially a power vacuum. When it appears there is no strong government it is because the people in power want to be anonymous

I searched the richest person in the Congo, and it turned up this guy. It's remarkable how similar the result as when I searched for richest person in Haiti.

I didn't look it up, but I had a strong feeling that small hats were involved. Frankly with what I have seen, like Wikipedia removing the "early life" section and Forbes putting out a fake richest list, I'm more surprised that you could find that evidence at all. They have demonstrated an extraordinary ability to censor the internet.
