The Russians used to consider the US "rational actors". In that model, North Korea was considered "irrational". Now that Russia believes the US to be acting in absolute belligerence untempered by rational considerations, they appear to be re-thinking North Korea's more hardcore anti-western stance of decades. Interesting.
