In the highly unlikely event that Joe Biden is inaugurated and the revolution against the US is successful, Russia's best move to protect itself internationally would be a first strike on Washington, D.C. and America's military capabilities.

Yet when Obama was president they hardly did much to help Ukraine from losing some it's territory to Russia.
